Samantha was born and raised in Mukilteo, spent ten years living in Seattle and now resides in Kirkland, giving her an intimate knowledge of Western Washington’s diverse and highly competitive housing market.
A successful broker for nearly a decade, Samantha prides herself on developing personal relationships with her clients. She makes it a priority to listen, so she understands your wants, needs, must-haves and deal-breakers. She then works tirelessly to turn your dreams into reality. Count on her to be hyper-organized, sincerely empathetic, and relentless in her ability to see a project through to completion.
With a unique ability to reimagine spaces combined with her love of design, Samantha meticulously prepares each home through the lens of a buyer. Hands-on throughout the entire process, it’s not uncommon to find her painting a wall or changing light fixtures – all in the name of presenting a home’s true potential to the public. She knows by making it post-worthy and highly sharable, she will garner the best value for her clients.
When she is not working, you’ll find Samantha spending time with her husband, Brandon, and daughter Brynn, along with their three pets, Miss Bear, Elloise and Benson. An animal lover who is always willing to stop and pet a passing dog, she donates to local shelters after each real estate transaction. Samantha was a collegiate cheerleader at Boise State University and is a proud graduate of Washington State University. If her family isn’t watching football, you’ll find them skiing in the mountains or spending afternoons at local parks around the Pacific Northwest.
